Refund & Returns Policy

Return Window

From the delivery date. Items must be in original condition and packaging.

Eligible Items
Unopened Only

Sealed skincare products and factory-sealed at-home devices. Opened items cannot be returned.

Once your return is received, inspected, and approved. Applied to original payment method.

Section 01

Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. After 30 days, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it and, where applicable, in its original packaging.

Tip: If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, contact us before sending anything back. We’re happy to help.

Section 02

Items Eligible for Return

  • Unopened skincare products — Products that are completely sealed and unused may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
  • Unopened at-home devices — LED devices, infrared tools, and other at-home aesthetic equipment in original, factory-sealed packaging may be returned within 30 days.
  • Damaged or defective items — If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Section 03

Items NOT Eligible for Return

Due to the nature of our products and for health and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Opened or used skincare products (serums, creams, masks, cleansers, etc.)
  • Opened at-home devices or tools removed from original packaging
  • Gift cards — all gift card sales are final
  • Sale or clearance items — all sale purchases are final
  • Items returned more than 30 days after the delivery date
  • Items not in their original condition, missing parts, or showing signs of use not due to our error

Important: We take hygiene and product integrity very seriously. We cannot accept returns on opened skincare products under any circumstances except defect or damage upon arrival.

How to Initiate a Return

Contact Us

Email elixirbeautyusa@gmail.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Please include a photo if the item is damaged or defective.

Wait for Authorization

Do not send items back without first receiving written authorization from us. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Ship the Item

Once authorized, ship your return to: Elixir Medical Spa, 2977 Goodlette-Frank Rd, Ste. 41, Naples, FL 34103. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining proof of postage.

Refund or Exchange

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of its approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Section 05

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will receive an email confirming receipt and notifying you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the credit to your account.

Section 06

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within 10 business days of approval, please take the following steps:

  • Check your bank account or credit card statement — refunds can sometimes appear as a separate line item.
  • Contact your credit card company or bank — there is often a processing delay before refunds are officially posted.
  • If you have taken both steps above and still have not received your refund, contact us at elixirbeautyusa@gmail.com or (239) 221-1707 and we will investigate promptly.
Section 07

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged upon delivery. If you received a defective or damaged product and would like to exchange it for the same item, please email us at elixirbeautyusa@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damage.

If you would like to exchange an eligible unopened item for a different product, please initiate a return (per Section 4) and place a new order for the desired item.

Section 08

Gift Returns

If the item was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you, we will issue store credit in the form of a gift card for the value of the returned item. The gift card will be emailed to you once the return is received and approved.

If the item was not marked as a gift at purchase, or the gift giver received the shipment themselves before giving it to you, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser’s payment method.

Section 09

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect — in which case Elixir Medical Spa will cover the cost of return shipping.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for higher-value items. Elixir Medical Spa is not responsible for packages lost in transit during the return process.

Note: Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Section 10

Spa Service Appointments

Refunds are not offered for completed spa services. If you were unsatisfied with your treatment, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment at elixirbeautyusa@gmail.com or (239) 221-1707 and we will do our best to make it right.

Prepaid appointment packages are non-refundable but may be transferred to another individual or applied as credit toward future services, at our discretion.

Section 11

Products from Unauthorized Sellers

This Refund & Returns Policy applies only to products purchased directly through elixirbeautyusa.com. We are unable to process returns, refunds, or exchanges for products purchased through any third-party marketplace, unauthorized online seller, or reseller.

Warning: Products from unauthorized sellers may be counterfeit, expired, or tampered with — purchase them at your own risk.
